I have shoe size 37 - Which shoe size should I choose?

Our shoe sizes fit as indicated. If you have shoe size 37, please choose shoe size 37. If you have an intermediate size, always choose the larger shoe number (for example, 37.5 order 38) Please take a look at our range of different boot sizes in our product images.

Order processing - How long does the order processing take?

Your order will be processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) and weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Shipping - From where the boots are shipped?

Our boots are shipped directly from our headquarters in Innsbruck - Austria. All packages are insured and are delivered free of charge through our shipping partner Österreichische POST AG worldwide and free of charge! Express delivery (EMS) possible for a surcharge - just ask us!

Shipping time: How long does the normal delivery take?

The shipping happens within one working day from payment receipt (Monday to Friday) and with payment received on the weekend the shipping  happens on the following Monday. . The usual delivery time in the EU is about 3 to 5 working days, for UK about 4 to 6 working days und for international shipping 12-15 working days.

Do you also deliver to packing stations?

Yes, but please make sure that your Packstation can handle 53X13X33cm packages.

Is it possible to deliver to another delivery address other than the invoice address?

Yes, you can specify an alternative delivery address in the ordering process.

Is direct pickup or on-site fitting possible?

A direct collection or fitting of several boot models in our headquarters in Telfs Austria is, of course, possible by prior appointment. Please make an appointment by e-mail: shop@overknee-stiefel.net or by phone 0043- (0) 6648724107

Exchange or money back guarantee - Will I get my money back if my boots do not fit?

If you do not fit the boots you have a 14 day free right of rescission - you can either change to another shoe size or you will be refunded the purchase price after receipt of the return item in our warehouse. The return address is AROLLO BOOTS - AMProducts International Trading OG, Bleichenweg 15d, 6020 Innsbruck. The receipt of the return is only in original packaging, so that no mail sticker reaches the shoe box!

What payment methods are available in the online shop?

We provide following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Sofortüberweisung, Payment with international bank transfer to our account at Tiroler Sparkasse

What materials are the boots made of?

We process only genuine leather in the highest quality and no PVC or leather imitation.

The shank dimensions given do not fit me - is an adjustment possible?

Yes we also offer custom tailoring. see: customized fit
